Drug manufacturers or designated consultants that plan to submit a drug for review under the Reimbursement Review program must register for the Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint site. This is effective for new submissions that have not submitted an advance notification as of February 16, 2023.
Canada’s Drug Agency will be transitioning active reviews that are currently using Collaborative Workspaces to SharePoint on a rolling basis. Sponsors with already submitted or active reviews should wait until our administrator reaches out to them to request that they register for the Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint site.
Please note, if you require assistance using the legacy system, Collaborative Workspaces, please email [email protected].
How to Register for Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint Site
Step 1 | Complete the Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint Site Access Request Form and send it to [email protected] a minimum of 10 business days before the intended date of submitting the Pre-submission Meeting Request Form (or Advance Notification Form if not requesting a pre-submission meeting). |
Step 2 | Download the Microsoft Authenticator App on your smartphone. |
Step 3 | Canada’s Drug Agency will send you a link to log in along with further information for completing your registration. |
Step 4 | Finalize your access by proceeding with the steps outlined in the Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint Site Set-Up Guide. |
If you have an existing account with our Pharmaceutical Submissions SharePoint site for one project but require access to submit another drug for review, you must get additional access by using the same steps.
If you have any questions about the registration process, please email us at [email protected].
